How much will CabMD be charging me for their service?
Currently, we only have ONE pricing model in place - which you can view here.
This may change in the future, but for now we wanted a pricing model which reflected our company goals of
being the easiest and most simple OHIP billing system currently on the market. If you have any suggestions

What is the return policy?
There are no returns applicable to the use of CabMD.

What is the refund policy?
If you cancel after you have been billed for services rendered, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for those submitted claims.
For example, if you are billed on the 10th of every month and you cancel on September 20th, you'll still have to pay for the entire month. You
won't be charged again after that.
You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

What is the delivery policy?
Since CabMD relies on the uploading and downloading of files from the Ministry of Health, we cannot guarantee that files will
be submitted or received in a timely manner due to potential unforeseen issues with GONet, MC EDT, or the Ministry of Health.
Any files created by using CabMD are archived on a daily basis and are available when requested. This also applies to
files created by the Ministry of Health and downloaded to CabMD on your behalf.
